Baseball Registration 2012
 
Dates:   Thursday, January 26th, Foxcroft Clubhouse 7:00 to 8:30 pm
             Thursday, February 9th, Foxcroft Clubhouse 7:00 to 8:30 pm
 
Fees:     First child in household  $140
             Each additional child in household $125
****Any registration received after Feb 9th will incur a $25 late fee.****
Eligibility: All first-time baseball players must provide a copy of their birth certificate.

Boys and Girls between the ages of 5 and 18 as of April 30, 2012 who live within the Woolridge Elementary School attendance area.

Assessments for 7-12 year old players will be conducted at Future Stars on February 25. Your player’s coach will notify you of practice location and schedule (to begin after March 1st).

Please print and complete forms (see below) prior to registration. You must bring your player to registration to size their uniform. Please bring a photocopy of your player’s birth certificate (if required).
